Block Exchange 2006 Begins!

The Block Exchange group has been meeting at my house since January 1991. This year we have fourteen quilters participating. Here are photos of some of their blocks. Each year, we choose a block we want others to make for us. This year, Georgia Hayden wins the prize for the most creative block - hers are the pictorial blocks (the face and the hand). She wants us to do self-portrait blocks in fabric. It will be interesting to see how these turn out.
