Great trip to Sauder Quilt Fair

Daisy, Linda, Phyllis and I went to Archbold, Ohio, on Sunday to see the annual Quilt Fair and to pick up our quilts from the show. In the photos you see Daisy in front of her enormous Log Cabin quilt - her block exchange from last year - and me under the Maple Leaf quilt I made for Jan (with my eyes closed for the photo as usual). Linda Kuhlman won first place in the Hand-quilted Wall Quilt category - see Linda's blog for a photo of her with her winning quilt. Cindy Mielock won an Honorable Mention in the Machine- quilted Wall Quilt category. Yay!

We had a wonderful lunch at the Barn Restaurant. After the show, we all bought quilt stands at the Sauder Outlet. As Cindy (and Martha) would say, "It was a good thing!"
