Block Exchange 2008

Here are some of the blocks for Block Exchange 2008. My internet connection is slow tonight, so I'll try posting the rest tomorrow.

Dorothy's block and Carol Schon's block are shown together. Dorothy's block is Twinkling Star (done in Southwest colors). Carol's block is the brown/beige double star block in autumn colors (you'll recognize it from last year's exchange).

The brown and blue Snail's Trail is Daisy's block. The lime green and fuschia fabric next to it are the colors for Lisa's block. Her pattern is Road to Oklahoma (no block to show yet because she was still jet-lagged from her whirlwind trip to Italy!).

The quilt with the hearts is Beth's sample. Her block is the setting block between the heart blocks - Thrifty Block.

No blocks yet for Terry or Louise. Terry will give us her block later (waiting to see if John picks a university or whether she'll have to resort to Williamston colors for his quilt). Louise will take orphans but doesn't want us to make her blocks this round - no new projects!
