Tour of Copyright Office and LC

Yesterday, I toured the Copyright Office and the Library of Congress with people from the Copyright Advisory Network team. Here are some photos from our trip, taken by Molly Kleinman (creative commons license - attribution!). It was a fascinating trip - Freya said it was like going to mecca. I think our tour guides appreciated having eight copyright geeks to talk to.

The Copyright Office has the largest existing card catalog in the world.

Facade of the Madison Building.

Interior of the Library of Congress. We got to see the special exhibit of Jefferson's original library (the books that began the LC collection).
