One last post from Oxford

I had to post one last time before we leave Oxford. We went to the Eagle and Child (for Dad - you know it as The Bird and the Baby - where the Inklings met in the Rabbit Room). We had a pub meal and a pint in honor of Lewis and Tolkien. [The pub now serves vegetarian bangers & mash and has a nonsmoking area - times change.]

We went to hear Evensong at Christ Church Cathedral - really incredible choir. We had hoped to get in to see where Harry Potter's dining hall was filmed for the movies, but it was already closed for the day.

We're headed back to our farm B&B now. Evette and Catherine - you'll be interested to know that all the B&Bs we've stayed in have had dogs - usually at least one black lab and a terrier or spaniel. We've seen several Border terriers here in the UK, but no Belgians so far.
